• Parallel Lines provides the regulatory framework for their family firms to operate and regulatory protection for the clients of the firms under our umbrella.


• The firms must deliver exceptional levels of client care, always putting the client first and Parallel Lines hold all family members accountable for this. 


• Talking Finances and Waymark Financial are Appointed Representatives of Parallel Lines. To be an Appointed Representative means that they must adhere to the standards set by Parallel Lines.

• All the advice Talking Finances and Waymark Financial provide is checked in advance of it being presented to clients, giving reassurance that the end clients are receiving the best possible advice. This is known as pre-approval.


• Parallel Lines deals with any complaints should they arise. We will act quickly and sympathetically if things are not going smoothly and will consider all cases positively, keeping you in the loop throughout.


• If we cannot settle a complaint to your satisfaction, you may ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to look into it
