With over 20 years industry experience, Chris started at the bottom and worked his way up to starting and successfully operating Talking Finances since 2014. This bottom up experience gives Chris the skill set for understanding all operational aspects of the business and his Fellowship status with the Personal Finance Society makes him well placed to oversee the business as Chairman.
A widely experienced (UK and abroad) operator, Niall has kept regulated planning businesses safe for many years. Working for the majority of his career in banking he has the working knowledge of what world class governance looks like. With over 30 years industry experience, Mark established Waymark in 2011. This experience together with his Army background gives Mark the discipline to know what the best businesses do well. Mark is obsessed with putting clients first and throughout his career has been very vocal with senior management who fall short of this standard.
